Adalyn "Addie" Malloy Fohn was born October 4, 2008 at 4:10pm weighing 7 lbs 12 oz and measuring 20 3/4 inches. As we near her one week birthday, we realize how much fun this has been. She has been a blessing to our family!

Austin Shower - September 6, 2008

My old roomies, Chari Kelly, Amy Magee and Katy Gallagher Parker hosted a couple's shower for us where we all got to share in BBQ and lots of fun. The shower was at Chari and Adam's house and it was perfectly decorated and well attended. We had a great time seeing many of our Austin friends. The girls made sure that Miss Adalyn would be well dressed with handmade monkey onesies, adorable dresses, Christmas pajamas, her own cowgirl boots and much more! Thanks Katy, Amy and Chari for a very special shower!!!

George West Shower - August 23

My extended family and lots of family friends hosted a shower for me and Adalyn Malloy and Stacey and Ella Lee in George West. For those of you not from small towns, this is a real treat because the whole town wants to spoil you and you get to catch up with all the great people that make up your "extended family" (ie. a large portion of the rest of the town - whether they are actually related or not!). We had such a great time and were truly spoiled!!

New Braunfels Shower - August 9th (33 weeks of pregnancy)

We had the most wonderful time with a group of our friends and family at our couple's shower in New Braunfels hosted by Meredith and Wayne Thoms, Danielle and Stephen Allen, Becky and John Spiekerman, and Krista and Jay Reyna. They amazingly had everything beautifully decorated in our little girl's colors and everyone seemed to have a blast. In addition to the hostesses (except Krista since she just gave birth to a beautiful little boy!), in attendance were grandma and grandpa Fohn, grandma and grandpa James, Aunt Stacey, Uncle Scott, Uncle Brent, Aunt Lauren, Uncle Matt, Krista and Trey Moffatt, Denise and Gary Mobbs (and Taylor and Timberley) and Jana Sensat. Thank you to everyone for coming and thank you so much to our wonderful hosts for all of their hard work!!!
